I thought they did before but they went up again. Now I'm pretty sure they've peaked for the year.

They peaked in May and have come close in the last 6 weeks, but I think prices will stay a little lower through the holidays.

when big oil wants the prices to go up they will start shutting down parts of their refinerys.
